BioI program web sites. I go to church. I hang out with friends. I watch bad Sci Fi. I take pictures. Sometimes I manipulate them wildly. If they're of my niece, I put them into elaborate and expensive scrapbooks. I work in the "Support Engineering" department of an online banking provider. I once bought into the notion that tech support was the lowest of the low on the scale of computer professionals, but 4 years in the trenches has taught me otherwise. You gotta know what you're doing, and you've got to be good at it. And you've got to be able to talk to people. This is rare and wonderful combination.
